Consultation fees are published here and procedure fees are quoted before anything is done. Dr Dhand’s clinics are self-pay, so there is no referral to arrange, no insurer approval to wait for, and nothing to pre-authorise.

Consultation fees differ slightly between the two clinics; the exact fee is confirmed when your appointment is offered. Procedure fees depend on the treatment and the structure treated and are always confirmed before you decide. Correct at September 2026.

A letter to your GP, with your consent
Onward referral for MRI or surgical opinion where needed

Payment

Paid at the clinic on the day by card. Dr Dhand’s clinics are self-pay only – there is no insurer paperwork to complete.

SELF-PAY

Self-pay, kept simple.

Almost every patient Dr Dhand sees pays for their own care. It keeps the appointment about you: no referral letter, no pre-authorisation and no wait for an insurer to agree a scan.

No referral needed

Book directly. A letter goes to your GP after the appointment, with your consent, so your records stay joined up.

No insurer approval

Nothing to pre-authorise and no codes to chase. The scan happens in the room, on the day, because it is part of the consultation.

The cost is known before you book

Consultation fees are fixed and published. Any procedure is quoted and agreed with you before it is done - never a surprise on the day.

Only one insurer currently recognises Dr Dhand, and it covers elite athletes rather than the general public, so insurance is not listed here. If that changes, this page will say so.
